Please note:
In Chuzka, our priority is that you feel satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns in cases of incorrect sizes either defective products, you will be able to request a refund within the established terms and timeframes.
Return period: Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 10 días posteriores a la recepción de tu pedido.
Product conditions: The product must be unused, with tags intact, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
We do not accept returns of products with signs of use, odors, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
Opciones de Devolucion:
1. Ofrecemos crédito en la tienda virtual para futuras compras o cambio por otro producto disponible en nuestro catálogo.
2. También puedes visitar nuestra tienda ubicadaben Aurora, Colorado. Con foto de tu recibo, podrás cambiar la prenda por otro producto disponible.
Nota importante: No realizamos devoluciones de dinero. Los costos de envío originales no son reembolsables.
How to make a return?

• Product photos (only in case of defects or damage).

3. Send the product: You should use a trackable shipping service to ensure it arrives safely.
4. Revision:
• Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of the return.
• Si todo está en orden, ofrecemos crédito en la tienda virtual para futuras compras.
Return shipping costs:
• If the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect size), we will cover the shipping cost.
• Si la devolución es por error del cliente, los costos de envío corren por cuenta del cliente.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
