Please note:
In Chuzka, our priority is that you feel satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns in cases of incorrect sizes either defective products, you will be able to request a refund within the established terms and timeframes.
Return period: We accept returns within 20 days of receiving your order.
Product conditions: The product must be unused, with tags intact, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
We do not accept returns of products with signs of use, odors, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
Refund options:
1. We offer online store credit for future purchases.
2. exchange for another product available in our catalog.
Important note: We do not offer refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to make a return?

4. Revision:
• Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of the return.
• If everything is in order, your refund option will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return shipping costs:
• If the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect size), we will cover the shipping cost.
• If the return is for a size change, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
