In ChuzkaWe want you to receive your order quickly and safely. Below, we explain everything you need to know about our shipping.

Order processing: All orders ship the next business day after we receive confirmation of your payment. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping cost: All orders within the United States have a fixed cost of $9. We offer free shipping on purchases over $100 within the U.S. —-Note for ABCW (fixed cost pending confirmation)—

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Fast Shipping: If you require express shipping, additional fees will apply.

Coverage areas: We ship throughout the US.

Shipping company: We work with UPS and FEDEX, both recognized courier companies, to ensure safe deliveries. Depending on the delivery address and shipping option selected, we assign the best service available.

Important: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the shipping company's system.

Shipping problems: If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, follow these steps:

1. Check the status of your package using the tracking number on the shipping company's website.

2. If the order status does not progress after 3 business days
